Is there a minimum contract?
Monthly plans have no minimum. Annual plans are invoiced quarterly with a 12-month term and no early-exit fee after 30 days.
How does the agent limit work?
Starter and Pro include 100 and 200 agents respectively, with expansion packs on demand; Enterprise & MSP is unlimited. Any device running our lightweight agent counts — laptops, servers, and virtual machines.
What's included in the free trial?

Can I switch tiers mid-contract?

A distinct billing entity. A holding company with three subsidiaries is typically three tenants. MSSPs managing multiple clients use Enterprise multi-tenant.
